How it is processed

Our website is hosted on Netlify. Website form submissions and uploaded files are processed and stored using Netlify Forms, and notification emails can be sent to our business mailbox. Authorized staff may access inquiries for quotation handling. Applicable Netlify privacy and data processing terms also apply.

Retention and security

We retain sourcing inquiries only for as long as necessary for business follow-up, recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements, and we use appropriate access controls. No internet-based service is guaranteed to be risk-free. Please do not upload personal identification documents, financial records, passwords, or other sensitive information through the RFQ form.
